Jubilee Hall Upstairs
Here is a brief description of the upstairs floor. Note that all the rooms are odd shapes and have scaling ceilings, due to being built into the original roof.

Bedroom
1 is the master bedroom, to the west of the building. It extends into the box
bay windows above the dining room giving views of the garden.
It has built in wardrobes and a cast iron fireplace (non functioning - no hearth).

The
room was previously much bigger, before it was split to provide the en-suite
shower room.
There are scaling ceilings where the room extends out of the dormers and some little cupboards in the voids below.

Bedroom
2 is finally the guest room and extends into the box bay above the lounge. Again,
this room used to be larger, but was divided to create bedroom 4.
Bedroom
3 used to be the nursery for the previous occupants. It is now Joannes Study.
It fills the central flat roofed dormer that can be seen from the rear of the
house. The chimney brest has been blocked off.

Bedroom
4 is now a second guest room or a day room. This room looks out the front at
the eastern end, above the lounge.
The
family bathroom is rather long and thin and very difficult to photograph!
Like
the hall, the landing is also at the front of the building. It has an airing/linen
cupboard as we have no hot water tank.
